Using ADW Launcher EX you can switch out your docks with this custom dock pack.

This is a large dock pack for ADW Launcher EX the desktop replacement app on the Android Market. There are currently 160 custom docks of varying colors and styles. Most styles support five shortcuts, three shortcuts, and some shortcut dock bars. We have included 37 icons for use as custom shortcuts (These are not launcher icons and only support hdpi right now). There are a few examples below but dose not come even close to representing the contents of the whole package. Please remember this will not work with the free version of ADW Launcher you must have the pay version (ADW Launcher EX) to use these docks.
To use the dock pack from your home screen:
1. Press menu
2. Press More
3. Press ADW Settings
4. Press Theme Preferences
5. Press Main Dock
6. Press Custom
7. Press AI Dev's Dock Pack
To use the icons for custom shortcuts from your home screen:
1. Long press an apps icon
2. Select edit from selection bar
3. Press the icon picture in upper left corner
4. Press ADWTheme IconPacks
5. Press AI Dev's Dock Pack

Circle Launcher is a very popular application but the large circle icons don't always go with your home screen icon layout. This icon pack has 2 primary purposes. The first is as an icon pack for Circle Launcher and the second is an icon pack that can be used with ADW EX to change the icons on your desktop(dock icons, app drawer icons, etc)
To use an icon from this pack follow the steps below:
1: Create a Circle Launcher Widget
2: Select Launcher Icon
3: Select downloaded icons
4: Choose Circle Launcher Icon Pack 1 from the list
5: Select your icon
If you already have a widget and want to change the icon:
1: Tap your widget so that it opens to display your apps
2: Long press the center of the widget to open the settings
3: Follow steps 2-5 above
